BioGuard SoftSwim Filter Aid is a filter aid and flocculant for use in BioGuard SoftSwim sanitized pools. This product can be added directly to the filter through the skimmer to clear up slightly cloudy or hazy BioGuard SoftSwim sanitized pools. Cloudy water can occur when a filter is not operating properly, is not cleaned regularly, or if the correct sanitizer residual is not maintained with BioGuard Soft Swim B.

Directions

Cartridge & Sand Filters:

1. Rinse or backwash filter according to the manufacturer's instructions then return to filter cycle

2. Pre-dissolve in an empty, clean plastic bucket

3.  Apply 1/2 to 1lb per 10,000 to 35,000 gallons of water.

D.E. Filters:

1. Rinse or backwash filter according to the manufacturer's instructions then return to filter cycle

2. Pre-dissolve in an empty, clean plastic bucket

3. Apply 1 to 2 oz per 10,000 to 35,000 gallons of water.

Flocculant Dose:

1. Rinse or backwash filter according to the manufacturer's instructions then return to filter cycle

2. Test pH and adjust to 7.6-7.8

3. Pre-dissolve in an empty, clean plastic bucket

4. Apply 1lb per 6,500 gallons of water.
