Return Policy

At My Pool Hut, we aim to make returns straightforward. Here’s our policy:

• Return Eligibility: You have 30 days from the time of purchase to return any item, provided it is in original packaging and in new condition. Partly used or opened products are not eligible for return and will not receive a refund if received in said condition.
• Return Process: All returns must be pre-approved by obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please email support@mypoolhut.com with your order number, items to be returned and reason for return. Our team will respond with RMA details within 2 business days.
• Return Shipping: Customers must pay for the return shipping label before receiving it. Refunds are not processed until we receive the item back.
• Exceptions: This policy does not apply to customized or special-order items.
