Poolife Stain Stop provides protection against scale, stains, and rust caused by minerals in the water such as iron, copper, nickel, manganese, silicon, and zinc. For best results, add the required amount of Poolife Stain Stop at the time you start to fill your pool. If the surface is black plaster, add it after the pool is full.

Directions For Use

Initial Treatment:

Add 16fl oz for every 10,000 gallons of water with normal hardness and mineral content. If the water is extremely hard (over 200 parts per million (ppm)) or has high iron, copper, or manganese content (over 0.1 ppm) double the initial dosage to 32fl oz for every 10,000 gallons.  

Maintenance:

Add 4fl oz for every 10,000 gallons of pool water weekly as part of your maintenance program.
